Renew and Rebuild: a healing and self-discovery workshop for women following separation

Are you going through separation? Or recently divorced? Come join us for a warm and supportive 4hr workshop designed to help you navigate through the challenges of separation and divorce.
Our event, located in Bardon, offers a safe space for women to heal, grow, and rediscover themselves. Through a series of interactive sessions, you’ll gain valuable insights, practical tools, and support to renew your spirit and rebuild your resilience. This one-off workshop will allow you to connect with like-minded women and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Highlights:
- Gong Sound Bath – immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the gong, harmonising, mind, body and spirit to promote deep healing and release
- Art Therapy – a guided art session to help you express and explore subconscious patternings to help gain inner strength, resilience and healing
- Interactive Wellbeing Discussion – gain insights and learn practical tools to assist in navigating the challenges of separation including co-parenting tips and strategies
