The Neighbourhood Health Clinic

Based at the New Farm Neighbourhood Centre

Our visiting practitioners are committed to treating the whole person and are dedicated to finding new approaches to meeting the complex health needs of our community.

People using the the Neighbourhood Health Clinic can visit our GP for medical checks and advice.

The aim of Clinic is to empower members of our community to take ownership of their health and well-being.

Bookings

The Clinic is open to all community members.

Appointments at the desk are preferred however walk-ins will be accommodated wherever possible.

To make an appointment  please call 3358 5600 or pop in to the Neighbourhood Centre (967 Brunswick St) between the hours of 9am-1pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. 

Our Visiting Practitioners

Dr Nancy has over 30 years of experience as a general practitioner, has a strong background in community health, and supports individuals with complex health and social needs. Nancy has a professional interest in substance use disorder and mental health issues, with an approach to practice that is trauma-informed, and sensitive to the needs of her community. GP consultations are bulk billed, and Nancy can refer to other specialist services where necessary.

Dr Nancy is at New Farm Neighbourhood Centre Mondays and Fridays between 9 am and 1 pm, no appointment necessary 

No other service in Brisbane is currently providing funding for these licences and it has been an amazing opportunity for out clients to be able to be supported in this way
