Recovery and Discovery Centre
Communify’s Mental Health Hub provides integrated services for people living with severe and complex mental illness.
The Neighbourhood Health Clinic
A dietitian, counsellors and visiting practitioners are committed to meeting community health needs.
Social Support and Help at Home
Social groups, activities, domestic assistance, and help with shopping for under 65s living with a mental health issue or other functional disability.
NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides support to people with a permanent and significant disability
Springboard
An eighteen-week day treatment program for people experiencing difficulties with alcohol and other drugs, and co-occurring mental health problems.
