Our Services
Personal Helpers and Mentors
Assistance for people who are experiencing emotional distress in achieving their personal recovery goals.
Partners in Recovery
For people who have severe problems with their mental health and want to work with someone to make things better.
Social Support and Help at Home
Social groups, activities, domestic assistance, and help with shopping for under 65s living with a mental health issue or other functional disability.
Door-to-door Transport
Providing safe, comfortable transport for shopping and medical appointments, as well as recreational and social activities.
NDIS
The new system of providing supports to people with a permanent and significant disability, based around individualized, flexible supports.
We as a family appreciate the service that Communify has provided to enable Dad to attend choir every week.. thanks to all those who have kindly driven and helped my dad.
