Our Aged Services - An Overview
The Paddington Centre
Providing the opportunity for our senior community members to enjoy a day away from home in the company of others. Social activities, entertainment and access to our community nurse and occupational therapist are also available.
Home Assist Secure
We offer practical help, information and referral services for home maintenance, falls prevention, minor modifications and home security. We can link you to skilled and screened tradespeople who will provide you with quotes for any work you may require.
Door-to-Door Transport
Access to shopping, medical appointments, and recreational and social activities. This service is supported by volunteers who provide safe, comfortable transport. If you are unable to drive or use public transport we can help.
Meals on Wheels
More than just a meal, a friendly check in by our volunteers can help you to feel connected to your community.Fresh meals are delivered each weekday by our volunteers who can also assist you to prepare meals in your own home.
Domestic & Shopping Support
A little help around the home can make a big difference. Communify’s domestic workers will work with you to decide what your priorities are and which areas you need help with.
Allied Health Services
Providing both one-on-one support and group settings for older people. We can design a personalised program or course of therapy to help you achieve your goals.
In-Home Nursing & Care
Our friendly staff nurse can visit you at home to conduct assessments of your needs including cognitive and lifestyle assessments. We can also assist with showering, shaving, grooming, dressing and getting ready for the day ahead.
Home Care Packages
As a provider of Home Care Packages, we’re here to help you understand how packages work and how you can maximize your package allocation to best suit your requirements and continue to facilitate your independence whilst living at home.

For Carers
Supporting an older relative or friend to live independently can be satisfying and rewarding but can also be, at times, exhausting, challenging and even overwhelming.
Our services can help you with some of the tasks that you are taking care of, at least for some of the time so that you can take the time to care for yourself, to work and to rest. Taking care of your needs will help you better fulfill and enjoy your caring role.
