Our community centres are the beating heart of our place-based approach to delivering services and support to our community.
With the goal of creating a caring, supportive and inclusive environment for all, Communify operates multiple community centres across Brisbane’s northern and southern suburbs that serve as thriving hubs for community engagement.
Each of our community centres offer a unique array of supports that are tailored to the particular needs, challenges and interests of their local community.
Community programs, activities and events
All of our community centres offer programs and group activities that foster community connections, enhance wellbeing and meet people’s needs for social belonging, safety and health.
Our community centres also regularly hold events that bring the community together for education and discussion, to raise awareness of social justice issues, or simply to celebrate community.

Hands On Projects
Hands on Projects are community-led, creative initiatives that promote social cohesion and community learning. We offer sponsorship and partnership support to local community-led projects and programs that benefit the community.
