Communify provides a range of supports for people with disabilities that help them build their capacity and independence and connect with their community.
NDIS
We are a registered specialist provider of mostly psychosocial NDIS support services for eligible participants. NDIS support options include:
- In-home support with budgeting, meal preparation and other domestic assistance
- Support to participate in community activities
- Assistance to attend appointments
- Links to allied health professionals and housing support services
- Recovery coaching for complex psychosocial disorders
- Goal setting and NDIS support plan management
Transport
Communify also offers subsidised transport services for people with disability. We assist clients with the following subsidised transport options:
- individual transport to medical or other health-related appointments
- scheduled bus trips for Communify events and group activities
- information on other community transport providers and options
