Emergency Relief Update: We regret to advise that due to budget constraints, our Emergency Relief phone line will be closed and petrol and food vouchers will not be available till 1st July 2025. Our in-person options to collect food, including The Pantry, and obtaining information/referral support will continue across North West Community Hub and New Farm Neighbourhood Centre.

Financial relief in times of hardship
We can provide assistance in the form of:
- Food vouchers
- Petrol vouchers
- Funds for paying part of bills and invoices
You can apply for emergency relief support over the phone, or in person at select neighbourhood centres.

Brisbane North, Brisbane West and inner-city Brisbane suburbs
The New Farm and Bardon Emergency Relief program operates on a monthly budget and when it runs out, it is not topped up till the first Monday of the following month and the phone lines will close.
* Phone support is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am – 1pm. No callbacks or message bank are available for this service.
