Our centre in the heart of Paddington is a thriving hub for active seniors.

A day at the Paddington Centre provides the opportunity for our senior community members to enjoy a day away from home in the company of others.

Our beautifully renovated centre provides the welcoming atmosphere of a club with social activities, entertainment and the convenience of access to our community nurse, occupational therapist, resident hairdresser and visiting podiatrist.

Our home-cooked morning teas and lunches are nutritionally balanced and beautifully prepared by our in-house chef using fresh ingredients. Our caring team of trained staff work to support our clients and their individual needs and will ensure that social interaction is highly enjoyable, and the day’s activities are fun, interesting, and mentally and physically stimulating for all.

Our activities cater to a range of interests and vary from concerts, guest speakers, chair exercise programs, brain gym, art, music therapy, current affairs, theatre and art discussions.
