Homelessness support
HART 4000 is our homelessness team. They can help you if you are:
- sleeping rough
- staying with friends, family or “couch surfing”
- sleeping in a car, caravan park or low-cost hotel
- staying in other temporary accommodation
- staying in emergency accommodation or a refuge
- at risk of being evicted due to rent arrears, mortgage stress or other factors
- Where: Maida Lilley Community Centre: Level 1, 5 Green Square Close (corner Alfred & Constance Streets)
- When: Drop-in service – Monday to Friday 1pm – 4:30pm
Tenancy Support
Sustaining Tenancies is a free service for people who are living in Community or Department of Housing properties within Brisbane City Council areas.
Sustaining Tenancies can support you with a range of services to make sure that you can stay in your home.
Housing for women - Binkenba Place
Binkenba Place is a transitional supported housing facility designed to support First Nations women over 45 and women over 50 into secure long-term housing. The program offers short-term, self-contained units, with furnished or unfurnished options available and onsite support available.
