Trauma sensitive yoga can help people gently reconnect to body and breath, and learn to be present.
When: Wednesdays 9:30am-10:30am
Where: In-person at Northwest Community Hub – 180 Jubilee Terrace, Bardon (also available via Zoom)

You can choose movements that are suitable for you in a safe, non-judgemental space.
Classes will offer:
- No touch or physical adjustment
- Invitational language
- Complete choice over what you do with your body
- No expectation to talk to others
- Option to do the class on a chair
No previous yoga experience is required!
