OzHarvest NEST Cooking Program @ Acacia Ridge

There has been a date change to our upcoming at OzHarvest NEST Cooking Program.

Our classes will run every Thursday morning starting on 20 June through to 25 July 2024.

NEST (Nutrition Education Skills Training) is a FREE 6-week cooking and nutrition program is designed to help you make lasting changes for better health.

You will learn how to:

  • Cook easy and healthy recipes
  • Plan meals and reduce waste
  • Save money on your food budget
  • Store food safely
  • Understand food labels

Spaces are limited and bookings essential. Please book by calling 3277 4893 or email us on belong@communify.org.au. All abilities are welcome.
