Introduction to Tai Chi

Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia
This introductory half day will provide participants with an introduction to tai chi. You will experience the first 17 moves of the Taoist Tai Chi form and learn about the many health and meditation benefits. You can then join ongoing weekly sessions offered at various locations including The Newmarket. This event is ideal for brand new beginners.
