The Challenge
As a parent of a young girl, are you worried about who is influencing your daughter, her new obsession with body image, declining self-confidence and a louder inner critic.
Do you have daughter who is struggling to navigate friendships, have calm conversations and manage big emotions?
What we know: 1 in 3 teenage girls are struggling with anxiety disorders and 1 in 7 primary school kids are struggling with their mental health.
The Solution
Imagine being between the age of 8 and 12 years old and having the confidence that you are ENOUGH. That through body changes, the friendship challenges and the messy emotions, you are still ENOUGH!
Empower ME Within is a powerful 8 week program suitable for girls 8 – 12 years of age, who are in their critical pre-teen years.
Over 8 weeks, your daughter will explore various topics, activities and coping tools that will see her confidence soar, her self-worth grow and resilience increase. She will walk away with a toolkit ready to support her through her adolescent season of life.
