A fun weekly community session facilitated by an Exercise Physiologist, focusing on:
- Balance & coordination
- Falls prevention
- Strength, mobility & independence
- Activities to improve bone density
What’s involved?
- GP Clearance & Health Summary required
- An introductory phone call to discuss any health conditions
and program goals - You will be supported to undertake an individualised
program based on this information - *My Aged Care – Allied Health referral required
