Gentle exercise with a like-minded community!
Chair yoga is a surprisingly effective way to improve balance, strength and flexibility while also calming the mind. Classes include movement on and around a chair, breath work and guided meditation and are designed for people of all ages and abilities who want to keep fit and improve flexibility but have injuries or health conditions that make it difficult to get down on the floor.
No experience necessary!

Accessible yoga for every body!
Improve balance, strength, flexibility and mental clarity with chair yogis in-studio or livestream classes. We offer gentle, mindful movement, breathwork and guided meditation for people of any age and fitness level to help you increase functional fitness and mental health so you can do the things you love. Classes are on and around a chair to suit differing abilities. No need to get down on the ground or wear special clothes.
Cost:
– $5 with MyAgedCare referral (anyone 65+ can apply if you don’t already have it; call to get more information on how)
– Casual $18/$15 concession
– Buy 10 classes get one free! $180/ $150 concession; Good for 15 weeks from first use
