Aqua Yoga

Water yoga as a regular exercise routine can help to strengthen and tone muscles, improve range of motion, boost endurance, enhance the immune system and improve cardiovascular function.

Come and enjoy a 45 minute Aqua Yoga class in a pool, followed by a free social coffee and chat.

  • Open to people over the age of 18 years
  • Transport available to eligible people
  • Onsite parking
  • Close to public transport

What to bring:

  • Something to swim in (e.g. swimwear and/or t-shirt and shorts)
  • Change of clothes
  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen

When: Wednesdays from 10:30am to 12pm; Fridays from 1:30pm to 3pm
