Gentle full body stretch classes, designed to length and release muscles.

A low impact full-body workout incorporating a gentle warm up, a lite aerobic set, followed by weight and ending with a gentle stretch.

Time: 9am-10am

Gentle Exercise

This chair based class is designed to maintain quality of life. Exercises are specifically chosen to maintain and even strengthen muscle mass, increase flexibility and balance while reducing the risk of falls and slow the ageing process.
