Water yoga as a regular exercise routine can help to strengthen and tone muscles, improve range of motion, boost endurance, enhance the immune system and improve cardiovascular function.
Come and enjoy a 45 minute Aqua Yoga class in a pool, followed by a free social coffee and chat.

- Something to swim in (e.g. swimwear and/or t-shirt and shorts)
