Robyn has 25 years of experience working with Body awareness. Her classes offer self regulation, slow movement with awareness and breath and meridian flow. You will come home to your body and breath, find greater ease and challenge yourself at your own level. All levels of fitness benefit from the movement styles and ancient yoga and qigong practices give the basis for the classes. This brings the body and mind into open ways of moving and thinking, out of  the linear and into flowing intuitive freedom to move.
