Join Local Brisbane Artist – Sara Za Enback and former Nurse turned Behavioural scientist Kristy, as we give you a Prescription for Wellbeing through art. After local Brisbane former Nurse, Kristy experienced burnout she found the medical model was not helping to close the gap of her overworked brain and stress levels.

Kristy found solace in learning to open her mind to creative endeavours and that included drawing, painting, photography, sculpture and writing to name a few in order to find some peace and joy in her life again. What she found was Art helped radically reduce her stress levels and in turn helped to close the gap and heal from the burnout.

Join us as Sara guides you through an initial starter painting session followed by some free flowing guided creativity. Kristy will be there to help facilitate and explain the deeper brain and nervous system benefits of incorporating some form of creative art into your self-care tool kit.
