Water yoga as a regular exercise routine can help to strengthen and tone muscles, improve range of motion, boost endurance, enhance the immune system and improve cardiovascular function.
Come and enjoy a 45 minute aqua yoga class in a 27.5 degree heated pool, followed by a social (complimentary) drink and chat.
