Yes, you must provide your own public liability insurance to book a venue.
No, but we can refer you to our preferred Catering company.
You are welcome to serve coffee, tea and food, but strictly NO BYO alcohol.
Unfortunately not. Our halls are popular and heavily booked.

It varies depending on the activity, whether people will be seated or standing, and whether you include the outside areas as well.

Yes. To inspect a venue please email the name of the venue and three preferences of a date and time that suits.
We will let you know if these times are available and organise entry instructions for you.
You don't need to be registered on the booking website arrange make an inspection.

Our venues come with basic furniture and appliances.
Specialised facilities are also offered in some venues.
Usually with a swipe card.
Just email with the name of the person and the times of the bookings.
There is a $15.00 fee for additional cards.
