  • Switch on in the morning with a natural energy boost
  • Switch over at lunch time to avoid lifestyle disease
  • Switch off after work and sleep soundly

Meditation has always been Jost’s passion and a powerful medicine for body, mind and spirit. Jost has drawn upon decades of research and his training under spiritual masters to develop an accelerated dynamic technique for the challenges of contemporary life and you will learn these in this short course. The sessions are scheduled from 3pm – 6pm to go across Bladder and Kidney time to maximise the effects and create a powerful sensation of relaxation.
