FREE 6-week Well-being Program for Early Career Teachers (1 – 3 years of experience).
Each weekly session will include relevant theoretical and practical components. The restorative physical exercises are designed to relieve tension and decrease the stress response in the body.
You will be provided with afternoon tea and take home materials each week.
You will also be given a free eye pillow to assist with your home practice and access to online materials (clips and audio tracks).
