If you  already have a booking and you are looking to amend or cancel it, please go to the amendment / cancellation page on our booking system.

  • You need to upload your $10 million public liability insurance certificate (under 2MB);  also your ACNA if you are a Not For Profit. You can upload a flyer to our What’s On program.
  • You can not create a booking via the system under 48 hours.
  • Bookings cancelled under 7 days incur a full hire fee.
  • Bookings cancelled or amended outside of 7 days incur a $10 administration fee.
  • You may also need to update your swipe card. Our office is open Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
  • Credit reimbursements can take up to 3 weeks. Please ensure you email through your bank account details to for payment.

Woolloongabba Substation

Woolloongabba’s beautifully renovated local heritage substation (1928) has concrete floors and exposed brick feature walls.

Spring Hill Shed

Paddington Substation

This art space is home to HANDS ON ART. It is available for hire and perfect for any creative activity including art & photographic exhibitions, workshops, training and more.

Spring Hill Studio

Situated beneath Spring Hill Hall, this room is approx 12m square. It features wood veneer flooring, chairs, a dance rail and piano, mirrors and great lighting. There is also a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities.

Spring Hill Hall

This large airy hall is conveniently located adjacent to a park and close to the city. Suitable for large groups looking for a venue that offers multipurpose functionality.

Jeays St, Bowen Hills

A large open space, great for any community activity. Close to the city and the Valley – easily accessible via Bowen Hills Train Station. Tables and chairs available, as well as two computers, and large whiteboards.

Paddington Annexe

A large annexe room attached to Paddington Hall is available for separate hire. With its own air conditioning this space is appropriate for all kinds of activities such as meetings, classes etc and it also shares use of the hall kitchen.

Bardon Hall

Adjacent to Bowman Park, this hall is set back from the roadway, and is fully fenced with a small stage and wheelchair access. Suitable for groups with children, as well as meetings, workshops or classes.

Ithaca Hall

Formerly Ithaca Library, this is an historic building now used by the public and community for meetings and leisure learning activities. The Hall has a kitchen, seating for 50 people, trestle tables and wheelchair access.

Jubilee Hall

This hall is part of the Communify centre in Bardon. An airy north–easterly aspect: natural light with windows along both sides of the venue. Painted in fresh, appealing colours with a solid wooden, polished floor and stage area.

The Exchange Kelvin Grove

Located in the heart of Kelvin Grove Urban village, this space offers a range of venue options including meeting rooms, conference rooms, yoga space and training groups. Facilities include full kitchen and seating for 30 people.

S.P.A.C.E at Kenmore

Located in a quiet area by a creek this venue has a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The hall lends itself to activities such as dance, yoga, martial arts, craft, meetings and more. It’s also a great and secluded spot for weekend retreats.

The Newmarket Hall and Commercial Kitchen

Boasting 2 fantastic rooms; the huge upstairs hall with its magnificent polished floor and bright spacious feel, and a downstairs bar area, ideal for all kinds of parties and functions. Easily accessible, tucked away in leafy Ashgrove.

New Farm Neighbourhood Centre

Situated across the road from New Farm Park, this venue features a multi purpose area for up to 50 people, a smaller meeting room for up to 12 people, and an outdoors area, with grassed barbecue area, and children’s playground.

Emmanuel Uniting Church Hall

A large, high-ceilinged hall with carpeted floors; appropriate for all activities from Pilates to training days. Includes fully functioning kitchen. It is also fully wheelchair accessible and child safe with a fully fenced grassed area.

Ashgrove Bowls Club

Tucked away in the back streets of Ashgrove (at the Ashgrove Sports Reserve) is this gorgeous bowls club. A huge airy hall coupled with a fully equipped kitchen makes this a fantastic venue for any classes, groups or conferences. Enquire now!
